We can accommodate a further 5 (total 14 + infants) with sofa beds:

1 x double in lounge

1 x single in double room (mezzanine)

The cottage has one ensuite, a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet. 

Private hot tub

Our hot tub is secluded and private, under a covered pergola. Lovely even in the rain or snow!

Pet friendly, with enclosed garden & off-road parking

 

Our beautiful cottage garden is surrounded by tall fencing, with lockable back gate.

 

We have off-road parking for four vehicles.   

Treehouse

 

Bespoke wooden treehouse - with Wi-Fi. An excellent sentry post for water gun fights...

Our cabin has air hockey, a pool table & outdoor games.

There is a chill out area with sofa and bean bags - plus both WiFi and LAN ports, if you need somewhere quiet to work from home.

Large kitchen / breakfast room

 

 A sizeable room with gas aga, induction hob, Neff Slide & Hide Oven, and built in appliances - including two fridges, a freezer and a wine cooler.

Seating at the dining table for 12, with additional two at the island.
