We really like a celebration weekend here at The Norfolk Broads Cottage. Most of our weekend holiday bookings are, on some form or other, a celebration. Occasionally hen parties looking for a bit of relaxation and luxury, but more usually a multigenerational family, with a birthday party or some old friends getting together.
The layout of the house really lends itself to low key gatherings: the large kitchen and dining table allows people to socialise together, and the separate snug and lounge mean people can take a bit of space to themselves (and not constantly argue over what they want on the television!)
Plus it gives us an excuse to get the bunting out...
